Location - 9. No breakfast. Hospitality - 6. Comfort - 6. Grounds - 8. Beds - 5. Cleanliness - 7. Could be a really cute boutique Hotel. Hospitality of female upon checking in on Saturday could definitely use a class on pleasantries. Not friendly or welcoming at all. Room (kitchen Cabinets) could definitely use a refresh and a coat of paint. Hours of office not posted. No water on Saturday evening in room for about 2 hours

I was looking for a place as close to the beach as possible and this hotel nailed that. The beach is beautiful, endless, wide, and you can see the launch ramps of Cape Canaveral in the distance, plus a stunning sunset. A short path over a sandy dune separates the hotel from the shore. My room was large enough, equipped exactly as described. French doors open onto a small terrace shared by all rooms in the line. Parking is just a few meters from the accommodation, and there’s a grill and outdoor seating available. At the front desk we collected a key envelope from a mailbox with no trouble. The hotel has only about 20 ground‑floor rooms (I’d recommend paying extra for a sea view), and it feels homely and friendly.

Close to the beach and lovely restaurant at coconuts on the beach🥥 within walking distance. Friendly, informative check-in. Clean room! Loved the location

The spot is fantastic—right on the beach just outside the back door. You can walk to a ton of great shops and restaurants. I’d definitely come back!

We love the location and the peaceful surroundings, and it’s mostly adults, no kids, which we appreciate. The price seems to have doubled since our last stay in 2023 and it looks like a remodel is starting, which the place does need.
