The staff were very professional and gave all the necessary explanations. Two parking spots: one at the hotel, one public at the same rate and deducted from the Ibis (if full). The room cleaning was perfect. Mmmhhh… nothing, everything was good.

The staff made it amazing. It was clean. The beds were very hard for me, but some people might love that. Maybe a topper in the wardrobe for people like us who hate hard, rock‑like beds. The beds were very hard.

The bed was comfy and the room was clean, although a little worn. I hadn't understood how 'budget' an Ibis is. No minibar, so when I checked in and mentioned wanting a bar of chocolate from the minibar with a cup of tea, the receptionist didn’t say that wasn’t possible. She also said it was possible to order room‑service breakfast, but the QR code/app did NOT give me the option to do that.
