They should value customers staying for several weeks and keep prices stable instead of doubling them week to week, and they should prefer vacant rooms over occupied ones and still offer long‑stay discounts.

I liked how close the hotel is to 35 and the abundance of nearby dining and shopping, but the noise from the opposite side of 35 woke me up several times, otherwise everything was perfect.
