“I wouldn’t stay again”
Breakfast was good, but the suite was noisy because the door and walls were paper‑thin and shared with the neighboring room, and the staff seemed indifferent.
“Clean, spacious room, friendly staff, good location 3 mins walk to Cupertino Village supermarket and restaurants”
Property was very lovely, location was good, 3 mins walk to nearby Cupertino Village where there was a supermarket and many restaurants (good food, esp the roast duck). Easy to book uber or Lyft rides to the property to fetch us. The room looked very nice, very well maintained and spacious for 3 persons, very clean and staff we saw were all very polite. Met the property GM who was a very nice gentlemen to chat with. His staff were all very friendly and helpful too, esp Elizabeth (hope I got her name right, she was the GM’s direct staff). A very lovely lady who went beyond her work scope to help us get the pool view room that we hoped for. Breakfast was good too. Would love to stay at this property again when I next visit SF. Daily breakfast choices by Starbucks cafe was very nice but very limited. Wish they had option for guests to top up to their preferred food choice and drink. Service at the cafe was slow too, not the staff fault as there was only 1 staff manning the counter
The spot was great, rooms were clean, and the staff were nice.
“Short”
Clean throughout, but the breakfast wasn’t free.
“Very good stay for location near Kaiser, high price otherwise”
The location is solid—just a short walk from a small plaza and easy to hop off to San Jose, Los Gatos, and other nearby cities. There’s a 99 Ranch grocery store within walking distance and plenty of tasty spots for meals. If you’re staying at Kaiser, this is a good spot. The hotel itself was clean, had everything we needed, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We appreciated extras we didn’t use, like outdoor seating and a pool. The on‑site “restaurant” felt more like a Starbucks‑style cafe with a back‑room kitchen, and the lobby‑area vibe didn’t justify the high room price; we ended up eating out more than we expected. Overall, the room and staff were fine, but the cost seemed steep for what was offered, making it feel more like a basic inn with boutique pricing.
