The location was great, close to the Griddle, Silver Peak Bar and Grill, and parking was convenient; rooms were clean with comfortable beds, linens, and a great shower, but the hotel is still under renovation and the exterior needs more work; I would add hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes and maybe a grab bar in the shower.

The room was basic and clean and the staff were nice, but there was no coffee—though the sign said coffee and there was a hotel coffee maker, it was empty; housekeeping confirmed there was none and told me to go to a gas station, so I won’t stay again.

The location was good and the bed was comfortable, but the day before check‑in I called to confirm and the front‑desk staff said they needed to collect at check‑in even though I had already paid; they told me I could check in at 10:00, yet the general manager said that was false, so we finally checked in after 9:00 pm; the desk staff assigned us an upstairs room even though I had requested a ground‑floor room with two kings—yet we were given room #109 with only one bed, no hooks or towel racks, a shower with no soap holder or handhold, a smoke alarm with a compartment open showing a disconnected battery, and a plastic chair by the table that popped when sat on because one leg was not connected, creating a hazard.

The room was decent but not spotless. The air‑conditioning was very loud, and the place was frequented by people who weren't very polite; the neighborhood itself was ugly. The exterior was neglected, the reception looked dirty and unwelcoming, and there was no breakfast. I’d rather have left after the earthquake.
