The hotel cancelled my reservation two hours before arrival, even though the booking said I would pay at the hotel and they did not honor that type of reservation. They moved me to another far‑away ibis and only the next day did they transfer my luggage. The way they operated was not ethical.

The friendliness and warmth with which Daniela helped us during check‑in were a stark contrast to the previous night’s experience with the reservations manager; everything went smoothly this time. The breakfast was complete and very good, service was excellent, and the location is ideal. Everything was fine.
