I stayed at the Silver Cloud many times and appreciated how close it is to the hospitals I need to visit, but the TV remote was the WORST ever.

The hotel looked beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful; we found our room very comfortable and would definitely stay at a Silver Cloud again. A few loud sirens were present, which is normal for a downtown hotel, but they gave us free earplugs, and after it got late it was pretty quiet.
