Great location, very central, breakfast was okay. The room was small for four people and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom.

Sezai was very good, and the staff at Pera Tulip Otel were only Sezai.

The spot was unbeatable—right next to the train station and within walking distance of most attractions. Breakfast was nice and the staff were incredibly helpful. The bar offered good prices too. The spa, however, opened at 12:00 and closed at 20:00, which felt a bit late and limited my ability to use it.
