Everything was very calm. Some guests were rude.

I liked the service, especially the restaurant waiters Erick Henrique and Patrick Pinheiro. The hotel was packed! The restaurant couldn't keep up with refilling trays, setting tables, or cleaning the floor… it was impossible to see the dishes clearly because so many people were around the counters. The elevators were always crowded and too small for the hotel’s size! Around the pools there was nowhere to sit, with no tables, chairs, or loungers for the number of guests.

The cleaning and décor were good. The pillows could have been more comfortable. The tapioca served at the start of breakfast was extremely salty, so I returned it and complained.
It was okay. It was also okay.
All meals were excellent. The service was great and the environment was very organized.
