The staff were friendly, yet the room was very dirty—only the middle was cleaned, with feces and pubic hair on the toilet, dirty tiles, and the floor was only visibly swept in the center; photos prove it.
Everything was fine, and there was nothing negative.
The location was spot‑on, quiet with a view over a green courtyard while a supermarket, mailbox and the party district were essentially at the doorstep, and the rates were great; staying in Celle would have been worse on almost every front and still cost more, although the second floor of the multifunction building over the courtyard felt a bit eerie, everything else – reception, rooms, breakfast and the master key that opened both the house and the room – worked perfectly.
Everything was great, just like the description, and nothing to complain about.

The price was good, the mattress was comfortable, the towels were very clean, and the place was relatively quiet from the outside. However, there were ashtrays piled up on the balcony, crumbs in the drawers, the furniture was very worn, flies appeared in the sink from the overflow, the room was very noisy, and no one asked if I wanted breakfast or how my stay was going.
