The location was excellent, the rooms were spotless, and the staff were very friendly.

Parking wasn’t mentioned in advance and it turned out to be a bit expensive.

The place was in a good spot, but I found bed bugs and I want a refund.

The Starbucks on site was understaffed. The front desk clerk mentioned that breakfast was included, but when we checked out, it turned out not to be.
