I was impressed by the hotel's prime location and beautiful garden, which made for a lovely stay. However, we encountered some hiccups during check-in due to a miscommunication about the details, and there were some issues with room allocation. Thankfully, the owners went above and beyond to accommodate us, offering us a spacious alternative.
