“Professional, Helpful”
The young lady who handled my credit card and reservation was exceptionally professional.
The location, room and cleanliness were all good. I asked for someone to help me handle the coffee maker, and the lady at reception promised to send someone, but she never did, so I couldn’t use it because I was worried about breaking it down.

The hotel was very proper, located well, and the breakfast was adequate; everything else was fine.

I was only there for a night, but the staff were amazing. My room was right next to the elevator, so I heard every conversation of people waiting for the elevator; I had to be up at 4 a.m. so it was hard to sleep at first until elevator traffic cooled off.

I was impressed by how clean the rooms were overall, but the loud whirring of an electric device kept me awake at night in room 215, which was frustrating.
