Rooms offer air‑conditioning, private bathrooms with bidets, tea/coffee makers, city views, free Wi‑Fi, flat‑screen TVs and complimentary toiletries. Guests enjoy private check‑in, a lift, on‑site parking, car hire, luggage storage, and high praise for cleanliness and convenience.

We only got coffee, tea and croissants in a plastic bag, and there was no second chair for the second person at the narrow breakfast table. The street outside the window was very loud. Two nights a week a live band played right under our room until about 23:00, and afterwards the bar stayed busy.

Our stay went far beyond what we expected: the room was lovely, beautifully decorated, large, spotless and comfy. Self‑check‑in worked well, and the host was super responsive, friendly and helpful. Daily cleaning and making up of the room was a pleasant surprise. There’s a public car park right outside and restaurants on the doorstep, but it’s not noisy. A short walk takes you to a lovely beach at Portoferraio, or if you drive, it’s a good base to explore Elba. We loved Elba and will definitely return.

The place looks stunning, just as on the photos! It sits right next to a small square, close to the city centre, the port, and bus lines that let you travel around the island. The host is really kind. There are cakes in the room for breakfast, a nice touch, and for those with long hair there’s conditioner, which is always appreciated. The main drawback for me was the single bed for the third person: it’s a sofa‑bed that’s unfortunately uncomfortable.

The main entrance is a dead end, the first floor is awful, and breakfast only offered two supermarket pastries. There's nothing to say about the room.
