I was left stranded at the hotel's doorstep when I arrived at 7 pm, only to find that there was no one available to check me in. The entire facility was locked, and it seemed like no guests were present. I had to find another place to stay for the night, which was a huge inconvenience. Despite the initial promise of a pleasant stay, my experience was marred by the hotel's lack of staff and poor organization.

I recently stayed at a hotel surrounded by a beautiful forest, which was a lovely experience. However, we had a bit of a rough start when the air conditioning was turned off at 4 am on our first night, making it quite hot and uncomfortable. Thankfully, the staff apologized and explained that they follow a specific schedule, which they had mentioned in their publication. While the location is great during peak season, we found it to be a bit far from the local bars and restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel that offered a unique experience with its own cenote and serene atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. However, we encountered some issues with the air conditioning, which was only available from 9 pm onwards and didn't work properly in the mornings.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was nothing short of a disaster. Upon arrival, I was shocked to find that there was no staff, no internet, and the rooms were locked. Despite sending a message to the hotel's WhatsApp, I received no response. The cenote, which I was looking forward to visiting, was in poor condition and not worth the trip. It's clear that this hotel is a scam, and I would advise others to avoid it at all costs.
