“Location perfetta per godersi la cittá ed il mare”

The spot is perfect for exploring the city centre, going out at night, and swimming at Marina Piccola. It wasn’t clear that the jacuzzi was an extra service until after booking, and the notice about the stairs instead of an elevator arrived too late. The parking was a walk away, and if you arrive after 20:00 you can’t drive in because it’s in a ZTL zone, which was a problem since I had a sprained ankle. I wouldn’t pick it again, but the staff and owners were extremely kind and ready to help.

We had a truly pleasant stay, and the added value was definitely the friendliness and hospitality of Martino and his wife, who were kind, helpful, and always attentive to our needs. They made us feel right at home from the start, and we highly recommend this experience!

“Perfect spot to enjoy Vieste.”

The location was perfect, rooms were spotless, and the staff were helpful whenever needed. A special shout‑out to the lady who served breakfast every morning, ensuring we had everything we wanted with a friendly smile. The rooftop terrace was a great spot to enjoy breakfast and relax in the sun, and staff were available to carry luggage up and down the two flights of stairs to the rooms if required. There was nothing negative; we had a very enjoyable stay.

“Comfortable, clean and premium position.”

The location was great, the building beautiful, and the staff extremely polite and helpful. The rooms were large and comfortable, with lovely bathrooms and amazing views. The only downside was the lack of an on‑site car park, which is a bit inconvenient, and the very steep staircase. Other than that, it was absolutely beautiful.

The location was very good, and the house and equipment were very appealing. It should have been made clearer that the accommodation has many stairs. The host’s greeting was very business‑like, and after that we never saw the host again. The lady at breakfast lacked friendliness.
