I spent a great time at Hotel Horaire Saijo and would recommend it in Saijo; my room had nearly everything I needed for comfort, and the whole property was spotless and well‑maintained. The staff were especially friendly, helpful, and attentive, and I appreciated the excellent service. The hotel offered free drinks 24 hours a day—coffee, tea, and soft drinks—plus a small free breakfast of packed pastries each morning, which was a nice touch. The location was perfect for getting around Saijo: Iyo‑Saijo train station sits right next to the hotel, and shops and other useful spots are within walking distance. Check‑in was smooth and pleasant; I could even check in 30 minutes before 3 pm, and my luggage had already been brought to my room before I arrived. Overall, the price‑value ratio was very good. The convenient location, clean and well‑equipped room, organized facilities, and friendly, attentive staff made for a very pleasant stay, and I’d stay here again. The room was a bit small but clean and well‑equipped, just enough space for one person. Sound insulation was a downside: noise from neighboring rooms was audible and sometimes disturbing, and the nearby train station could also be heard, though the train noise was almost negligible compared to the other guests.

フロントの方がとても親切でした。チェックアウト後も登山のため、重いリュックを預かって下さいました。朝のパンも美味しく頂きました。石鎚山登山に行かれる方にはベストです。目の前がバス停で朝準備してすぐに出かけることが出来ます。近隣にコンビニも２件あり、立地条件はとても良いです。. 特にございません。

The location is unbeatable—station front and a convenience store nearby. I felt the two hangers were insufficient; a towel hanger would be helpful since there’s no place to dry washed items. Also, the amenities didn’t include any skincare products.
