The new rooms have clean, essential interiors and a view of the Aeolian Islands from some windows. I only found out upon arrival that the restaurant would be closed for most of my stay; breakfast was served by a single person who had to attend to everyone without a small buffet (even just drinks!). The food was standard and fruit was scarce, only available upon request.

Rooms are very nice, clean, and modern, with daily housekeeping, perfect air conditioning, and mosquito nets. The breakfast is the issue: you wait too long because only one lady serves everyone; a self‑service option would help. The menu is the same every day: croissant and coffee.

The stay was incredible, with everything you could wish for: a pool, animals, spa, views, outdoor seating, and an amazing breakfast. Every staff member was great except one waitress; if she had matched the front desk’s friendliness, the service would have been a 10. We also had trouble with the air conditioner: we returned to the room too late for the front desk, so it was warm, and the pool could use a bit more filtration.
