“Piscina averiada, demasiado caro”

The room was very clean and the overall style of the hotel was good, but the pool was broken, green, and we weren't told beforehand. We understand that things happen, but we think they should have been transparent and offered a free cancellation. We chose the place partly for the pool, and the staff didn't mention it at check‑in. We only noticed when we put on our swimsuits to go in. As compensation, they invited us to breakfast both days. We would have preferred a cancellation so we could find another place with a pool, which wasn't an option. The price was too high for not having a pool and for not being transparent.

“Paradisiaco”

The atmosphere was welcoming, everything was polished down to the smallest detail. The staff were extremely kind and loving; traveling alone, I received continuous and caring support via WhatsApp. Nothing to add.

“Before the last minute of check out, it was totally fine.”

I liked the cleanliness and not so crowded quite vibe. 1. I did not it was vegetarian resort. During reservation i did not see any notice. Even though breakfast was good, if they informed me it would be nicer. 2. I did not really like is staffs entered into my room without my permission. I did not gave them my room key - means i am not yet checked out. When I got back to hotel, they took out my stuffs outside of the room, which gave me a feeling like I kicked out! Not really nice though!

“Muy bien!!!”

The property is very clean, modern, and situated a good distance from GL—walking is possible but a five‑minute tuk‑tuk or motorbike ride is easier. The staff are super friendly and the food is tasty. The room might be a bit dark, yet it is comfortable and spacious.
