“It was a great place to stay. Please fix the elevators!”
The view was very good, but there was only one elevator serving floors 10‑18, which was very inconvenient.

The location and view of the falls were incredible.

The view was sublime and the location great, but the room was just okay. I was offered a room upgrade for $200, which I accepted, but they didn’t clarify it was $200 per night, so over two nights that added $400 plus taxes—misleading and not worth it. The hotel was extremely busy, especially the elevators, and bottle water cost extra.

They charged my debit card twice; the first charge was taken at check‑in on day one, and then they over‑charged it again.

I’ve traveled for 40 years, and this trip tops them all—especially for surprising my 86‑year‑old mom who had Niagara on her bucket list. After confirming my booking, I called and mentioned it, and when we arrived, they upgraded us to the penthouse, where we watched the fireworks. The view of both falls from the room was phenomenal. Every staff member—from the valets to the front desk and reservations—was kind and efficient, turning a dream into reality. I can’t say enough about their top‑level service. Thank you!
