The hotel has a great location near the city center, staff are attentive and friendly, breakfast is excellent with fresh, tasty products, the room is spacious with a great bed and good sheets, and the cleanliness is flawless—I’d stay here again.

The location opposite the canals was spot‑on, the hotel itself lovely, the breakfast buffet superb, the staff extremely friendly, and the rooftop bar a highlight; we found nothing to dislike—everything was perfect.

The hotel is very pretty, well situated, everything is new, well planned, and the architecture is stunning; nothing to complain about.

The beds and pillows were very comfy. Location was very convenient. Room was a decent size and the complimentary chocolates were yummy. Parking was nearby and very cheap. You could unload in front of the hotel and they had a little lift for bring the luggage up to reception. After check in, we had to take 2 lifts to our room. The aircon was rattling a bit and smelt musty. They should air the room more
