“Comfortable, clean, good location”

The place was spotlessly clean, super comfy, and a great deal given its handy spot. My room had AC and a mini fridge, and the common area offered an iron, an electric kettle, an elevator, and laundry service. Everyone was friendly, especially Saarangi at the front desk, who was always cheerful and ready to help with anything I needed while I was exploring Jaffna.

Great location, but the room was very dark because the windows faced the corridor and we had to keep the curtains drawn.

The friendliness of the staff and seeing them positively Interact together. The location was great and it was easy to walk to the main attractions. The whole place was very clean and tidy. The room would benefit from some pictures on the wall and also the bedside tables were a step up and behind the bed. A bedside light would be good too. I was actually perfectly happy with the room. It was totally adequate

“Challenging in some respects and fabulous in others”

My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. On the plus side, the location was ideal, close to the town centre, train station, and tourist sites, making it easy to get around. The sitting room area outside our room was a lovely touch, and the air conditioning was a welcome relief. However, there were some notable drawbacks, including a lack of tea and coffee, a malfunctioning jug, and inconsistent room cleaning.

“Great hotel near the bus station”

I was pleased with my stay at this hotel, which offered a comfortable bed, friendly staff who went out of their way to assist, and a convenient location. The staff's helpfulness and guidance were particularly appreciated. Overall, I found the hotel to be a great value, with a pleasant and hassle-free stay.
