“Good room but needs improvement.”
The place offers good value in Galway. The hot shower was great, the bed comfortable, and the location convenient. However, the room was quite cold; the radiator only turned on in the morning, not in the evening, and the bathroom window wouldn’t close properly, letting in a draft. The lamp had no shade, so it was as bright as the main light; I had to move it to the floor behind the table to avoid glare. Communication from the owners was poor: I asked twice whether check‑out was at noon as the listing said, but when they messaged me details they said 11:00. They didn’t reply on either occasion.
