“Overall a pretty good stay, would definitely stay again.”
It was convenient for my son’s house, but the pool was closed and we weren’t informed; that was the main reason we booked so the grandkids could swim.

The place was dirty and not kept up.

We stayed 8 nights and the standard breakfast was fine, but the juice machine never got fixed. The carpet in the rooms was filthy—walking barefoot left black marks on the soles. Under the beds there were items from previous guests, like underwear, and the bathtub drain was clogged with slimy hair, so water didn’t flow. The tissues were empty after the first day and never replaced. Mold grew in the back of the fridge, and the TV would turn on by itself between 3 and 4 am in more than one room. The restaurant and bar were disappointingly slow.

The room was fairly clean and the beds were pretty comfortable. Our daughters and their families joined us for supper at the on‑site restaurant, Boss's Pizza, which was delicious and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. When we opened the door from outside to go up the stairs to our room, the stairs were disgusting—either the carpet was off or coming off and filthy. We walked through the pool area and from above the water looked murky; the base around the basketball hoop was totally full of rust. I doubt I would have let my grandchildren swim in the pool if they had been with us. Breakfast was not good; it was the typical hotel continental breakfast, but we were not impressed. We paid a little over $200 for one night and probably won’t stay there again.

The staff were friendly, but there were no elevators so an 84‑year‑old had a hard time getting upstairs. Loud kids in the halls added to the noise.
