Arhontiko Hotel

A lovely family‑run property that feels like an apartment in the off‑season. There’s a small kitchen for self‑catering, the nearest supermarket is in the neighboring town, and parking is in front of the house. The sea view is great, especially from the upper rooms, and we felt very comfortable. Finiki is a tiny spot but has about five great taverns; we’ll come back. In the kitchen a few basics like salt, pepper, olive oil would be handy so you don’t have to buy everything. A roof over the balcony would be nice so you’re not soaked when it rains, but those are just suggestions, not faults.

“Fantastische plek, charmant hotel met super vriendelijke eigenaren”

The reception and friendliness of the owners were great. The whole building is charming and sits on a beautiful spot overlooking the bay and Finiki’s harbor. The authentic bed is very nice and waking up with a sea view is amazing. If I had to point something out, the rooms need a small update, which the owners said they’ll do soon. The bathroom and kitchenette are a bit old‑fashioned.

“Unique and personal”

The hotel has a wonderful location overlooking the cozy little town of Finiki. The balcony provides fantastic evening sun, creating an incredible play of colors each night. The staff are delightful, welcoming you with genuine warmth; Mina offered great suggestions for places to eat and things to do. The staff’s spirits were amazing—always full of smiles and witty remarks.

The apartment was large, very clean, and the hotel’s location was convenient. The owners were polite and friendly, always helpful and available around the clock.

The staff were friendly and they cleaned the room daily, which I appreciated. The kitchen area feels a little worn out, but overall it’s still acceptable.
