The room was spacious, modern, and the bed linens were soft, yet the inclusive breakfast offered only a limited selection and felt lifeless; by 4 pm the room still hadn't been serviced or cleaned.

The location was fantastic—just around the corner from Grand Central Station, making Times Square, the theatre district, the subway, and a doable walk to Central Park all easy to reach; the room was quiet, all necessary amenities were present, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Wegen Problemen mit unserem ersten Zimmer sprachen wir mit dem Management. Daraufhin erhielten wir schnell ein Upgrade auf zwei verbundene Zimmer mit sehr schöner, hochwertiger Ausstattung. Das hat unseren Aufenthalt so deutlich verbessert, dass wir ihn um zwei Nächte verlängert haben, und wir empfehlen das Hotel gerne weiter. Beim Check-in war unser Zimmer nicht vollständig gereinigt. Das Ersatzzimmer war relativ laut und deutlich schlechter. Wir hoffen, dass die neuen Eigentümer weiterhin so konsequent an der Qualität und an der Behebung solcher Mängel arbeiten
