“ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND UNHYGIENIC”
The reception guy opened the window from outside and entered my room without permission to get my ID, which is absolutely dreadful and unacceptable. There were a thousand mosquitoes and bugs everywhere, cigarette holes in the bedsheet, and blood stains. When I asked him to change the sheet, he refused. The room was filthy, with a strong smoke smell, no cleaning, a broken door, and a window that could be opened from outside. I was extremely disappointed and want a refund; the sheets were dirty, the bed-sheet had cigarette holes, and the toilet was beyond disgusting.
