The hotel is easy to reach by public transport and sits in a central spot in Heinsberg. My room was spacious and I slept very well. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, with fresh preparations and special requests happily met—there were even freshly baked waffles offered. The “plastic wet cell” didn’t suit me.

Close to the city. The smell and the mattresses squeaked.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room that was originally confirmed as wheelchair‑accessible turned out to be unsuitable for wheelchairs, so I had to book a different, more expensive room at an extra cost.
