MOA Newly Turn Over 1 bedroom with balcony PRIER Place

The owner was very polite and kind, helping us deal with the disrespectful attitude of the front desk and the building's security officer. The front desk staff and security officer should be reprimanded for forcing me to explain to the security office why we were allowed to have 6 people in the room. As an app customer, I clearly stated which room I needed for 6 people and had no way of knowing what was not allowed when the unit appeared open during my search.

I slept comfortably and well. Everything else there was also good.

“Expensive, small and unreliable unit.”

I liked the location and the building was big and nice. However, most things were problematic: faulty air conditioning, a leaking emergency sprinkler, unorganized check‑in, and the swimming pool was not filled with water. It looked nice and spacious online but in reality it felt very claustrophobic and small, and the security deposit was returned 2 days late. Overall the unit wasn’t prepared for the customer and the service was poor. The faulty air conditioning was fixed the next day.

The room was pretty, clean, and the staff were friendly. The only downside was a lingering odor in the CR that couldn’t be removed; we always had to keep the CR closed. My baby’s slippers went missing when we woke up, and we couldn’t find them anywhere in the small condo, even in corners.
