The gentleman at reception was very helpful and professional, and there was nothing negative.

The staff and manager were really nice and friendly, accommodating when we needed to change rooms. The place needs a makeover to bring the decorations up to date, a cigarette bin outside, bins that close properly, net curtains, black‑out curtains that fit, and new pillows because the current ones are very old.
