The dorm and bathrooms were spotless and well‑maintained, and the beds were comfortable. The location was handy, right next to the main road and the metro station, so getting around was a breeze. The staff were genuinely kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout the stay. Overall, the facilities and vibe of the place were really nice, and it was a bonus that all four of us in the dorm already knew each other, making the stay more comfortable and fun. The dorm room felt smaller than I had expected, and it might feel a little too closely packed if sharing with strangers instead of friends. The main issue for me was the lack of ventilation, as the room didn’t have windows or much airflow; I shared this feedback with the team, and they said they would take it into consideration. Apart from that, I didn’t really have any complaints.

The staff were genuinely sweet, kind, and accommodating throughout, always responsive and communicative, and it felt like they cared about our comfort. The private room was comfortable, budget‑friendly, clean, and had all the basic amenities, including AC, and I especially liked that the windows could be opened, making the room airy and well‑ventilated—a huge plus for me. The property overall had a warm, positive vibe, with easy access to drinking water, a communal kitchen, and a refrigerator. I also enjoyed the lobby area and its book collection. The location was another advantage, with a nearby metro station and convenient access to the main road through the back gate, making cabs easy to find while still feeling peaceful. I honestly didn’t dislike anything; the only minor inconvenience was that the property is inside a residential area, so the gates close around 11 PM. The staff will open them if needed, but we preferred to return earlier to avoid disturbing them late at night. Also, locating the property by cab for the first time can feel a little confusing, though the staff provide a helpful cab map and the back gate makes access easier.
