The location was the highlight of my visit.

The hotel sits in a very central spot, but the hair dryer was present yet broken, and overall the place is still stuck in a major renovation backlog.

The location was good, but the vibe was separate, dull, and at night when we returned there was a smell of weed and a lot of street noise.

The room was adequate, clean, and simply furnished. The restaurant staff were nice. The location is central. Unfortunately the bathroom is far too small and cramped; it could be larger. There is no parking, only public parking available.

There was almost nothing positive. The reception was only briefly open at 16:00 for key hand‑over and then the office door was shut again. We stayed in room 23 on the third floor. The floor in the room is falling off, causing constant balance problems while walking. The right window glass has a diagonal crack and is taped over with Tesafilm. The windows are warped and cannot close fully. The picture above the bed only has a few glass shards in the frame. The toilet seat is broken and defective. Security cameras are visible in the hallways. On the second floor there is a vending machine with a limited selection of condoms and energy drinks. Room 19 on the first floor was open and in a much better condition than room 23. It seems there is a separation for use between the second and third floors. To use the bike storage at the back of the building you have to walk past piles of trash and clutter.
