The public bath was fantastic, the room was roomy for Japan and spotless – no complaints at all.

Close to the station, a modern and elegant property. The staff were present and helpful. On the top floor the hotel’s onsen attracted many people, and it was a shame I couldn’t try it. Sendai surprised me, and I recommend this hotel for exploring the city. The two elevators were poorly arranged, making it hard to move quickly up or down, especially with the number of guests and rooms.

The location is good, there’s a parking lot and the parking staff are kind and very helpful. The room is clean and pleasant. The air‑conditioning in the room is problematic – no matter how I adjust it, wind hits the bed; the wind from the wall hits the bed, so it’s cold when it’s on and hot when it’s off, which is annoying. The room is clean and nice, though.

Very comfortable, feels like staying at home – nothing to add.

A high‑end hotel with attentive staff and a central location. The room isn’t very large and storage space is lacking.
