“Good place but the dirty duvet was a let down”

Staff were helpful, and there are nice restaurants and shops along the road. The gym is a short walk down the road, a bit pricey but still fair. Anjuna beach is a manageable stroll away. Breakfast was plain but decent. We were satisfied with everything except the second‑last night; I accidentally yanked the duvet cover while making the bed and found the duvet still had a fresh blood stain and some yellow spots that didn’t look washed.

The hotel has a lovely courtyard and the rooms are excellent, though the bathrooms feel a bit dated; the breakfast selection is limited but still very good.

The stay was good. The service was very poor with not many breakfast options and I had to wait for water for almost 2 hours

“Scammed”

Location is the only redeeming factor; the service is appalling, with staff attempting to charge 500 rs for towels that were already in the room and claiming a missing towel, then demanding another 500 rs for a supposedly stained towel that was never used; the breakfast buffet was a scam, offering only one paratha and idli, and the room lacked toiletries, even toothpaste—beware, the manager blocks people when questioned.
