“Unglaubliches Hotel mit schöner Aussicht und tollem Service”
The hotel is truly amazing – the architecture is gorgeous, the view is stunning, and the staff are super helpful. The food and drinks are delicious, making the whole experience feel special.

The hotel had all the right touches and the meal and housekeeping services were efficient; the breakfast area was very pleasant. Both rooms were spacious with great views, creating a calm atmosphere, and the scenery was excellent. However, the lack of elevators and steep, uneven stairs made it hard for people with mobility issues, and the lights kept flickering. One room even lost air conditioning for most of the stay, and the fan was barely enough on hot days.

We ate by the pool both nights and the food was tasty and plentiful, with staff who were friendly and attentive. The nearby Cruzinha is just a short walk away, offering a mini market and a few restaurants.
