The photos were misleading; the shared bathroom was in a state of disrepair and extremely dirty, with a toilet leak onto the floor. The couch was torn, stained, and lacked any hygienic cover. Though the terrace was private, other hotel guests still used it. Terrible experience.

I booked the panda lodge in Bangkok and had to extend due to a personal issue. Everything differed from the website: I booked a private terrace, yet dormitory guests sat on my sweat‑stained couch in shorts. The couch had no hygienic protection and was ripped. A window in my room opened onto the dorms and didn’t close, with no curtains, so when they lit a fire in the dorm I could see and hear it. The receptionist texted my personal phone and even came to my room to ask for cigarettes. The toilets and showers were flooded, forcing us to walk barefoot. I have photos and will post them on your site and the hotel’s. Please process a refund.

The only good thing was the girls who worked there; they always smiled and did their best. Everything else was awful. The single shared bathroom was pathetic, with constantly wet floors and a leaky roof when it rained. The services were almost non‑existent. Also beware that someone might ask you for money out of pity (not the girls). The building needs a complete overhaul; for the same price or a bit more, you’ll find a better option.
