“Pode ser bem melhor”
The place is close to Parque Beto Carreiro, the breakfast was good, and I was attended immediately when I requested fresh bed and bath linens. Hygiene was lacking: being a cold spot, it needed better cleaning because there was mold. It’s next to a restaurant with no noise, the curtains let in light, the well water made the shower not work properly, and the internet didn’t work during my stay.

Everything was great—nice breakfast and friendly staff.
“Good stay, but bathroom view is weird”
The reception was welcoming, the location convenient, the room comfortable, and breakfast was solid. The only downside was the bathroom window looked straight into the dining area and there was no window facing outside.
“Clean, but noisy and rude service”
The place was clean and the breakfast was good, but the location is a real pain. It’s right next to a food park, and on Fridays and Saturdays the live music is blasting until 11 pm. We were stuck in a room facing two frying stacks, so I asked for a change the next morning. The manager was super rude and looked like she didn’t care at all. Eventually they moved us, but the bad service and the noise/odor from the park make me not recommend it.
