The room was clean, the hosts were friendly, the kitchen had everything needed, and the outdoor dining area was nice. However, the room wasn’t cleaned during the 6‑night stay, the pool couldn’t be used because it was dirty and no one was cleaning it, and the host seemed more focused on the blackberry cultivation than on guests during the summer. The pool was the main reason we chose the guesthouse.

It’s a pleasant place away from the stress of city crowds, with clean air, a welcoming host, and a chance for rest and reflection. The blackberries ripened in abundance during this time of year, so we left with a full belly ☺️. Near the end of the warm season, we wanted to try the pool shown in the photos, but due to technical and weather reasons we couldn’t use it.

The place was clean and the beds were good, which was great for a layover. It was a pity the owner didn’t speak English or German, but with a bit of effort you can manage. The pool had a lot of algae, so we didn’t use it.
