“Comfortable. Happy. But dark corridors”

The staff were really helpful, which was great because I was traveling with an 80-year-old and we had to climb a flight of stairs to get to our room - not exactly what I was expecting. The hotel's convenient location made up for it, but the breakfast was a letdown - the food got cold fast because the eating area was chilly. The corridors outside the rooms were pretty dark too, which wasn't ideal. Overall, it was an okay stay, but a bit of a mixed bag.

This hotel is in a fantastic spot - quiet, but with easy access to public transport. The staff were super friendly and our room was spacious and clean, which was a big plus. However, we did have a bit of a hiccup with breakfast - we booked a family room for three, but they only gave us two breakfasts, so we had to pay extra for another one. Still, it was worth it for the overall experience.

“Will avoid this hotel and recommend others to avoid”

Honestly, the location was terrible and the breakfast was straight-up scary - I'd avoid it. The air conditioning in my room wasn't working on the first night, which was a real problem. I did see a technician working on it the next morning, so maybe that got sorted. The lobby wasn't air-conditioned either, which wasn't great.

The hotel had a cozy feel to it, which I liked. However, it's definitely showing its age and could do with a bit of a refurb to bring it up to scratch. Still, it was a pleasant enough stay.
