The room I got was old and starkly different from the photos advertised; given the price paid, it was poor value for money. Misrepresenting the property’s condition and amenities creates a dishonest experience for customers.

The room was clean and the staff were very helpful, especially the lady at reception. However, there is no restaurant and the parking is inconvenient. The room was noisy from the road and needed soundproofing.
