The decor is very polished, pleasant and thoughtfully designed, and the jacuzzi is spacious. The central location is convenient. However, there are homeless people sleeping on cardboard in the alley just outside the door, which feels unsettling after leaving the restaurant. Inside the room, a constant, irritating hum from the dehumidifier that cannot be turned off creates a very unpleasant background noise; the owners know about this issue and give you earplugs upon arrival. When booking, one suite advertised as having a jacuzzi and a hammam actually only has a jacuzzi and no fireplace, contrary to the listing. The breakfast description says “room service breakfast,” yet nothing is provided. There is no window or external view, which is very anxiety‑inducing. The air‑conditioning cannot be adjusted by the guest; you must ask the owners.
