A very nice room in a historic house, very quiet, great courtyard, and centrally located.

The location was perfect. The room was hard to reach because of a steep staircase—difficult to lift a suitcase up and down. It was cold, the heating couldn’t be turned on, and the blankets were too thin.

The room was good. The hotel was noisy.

The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, the spot was nice and close to the city centre, and self‑check‑in worked. Climbing the dangerous stairs to the upper‑floor rooms was very difficult; they’re narrow with low ceilings, and if I had a proper suitcase instead of a carry‑on I wouldn’t have been able to get it upstairs. I’m short (1,67 m) and athletic, so if you have heavy luggage, insist on a ground‑floor room (there are a few). The site should also note that there are two different buildings, almost next to each other.
