It’s an old hotel or maybe a motel, the facilities are limited, breakfast choices are few, and the place is too small for all guests; we could see kids enjoying the pool. The hotel needs a revamp and a higher comfort level, and some staff are grumpy.

I found the room spotless and the bed super comfortable, but I still haven't had the $200 damage deposit released after 5 business days. The front desk staff during the day and the breakfast lady never smiled; when we said "good morning, how are you," they didn't respond.

Everything about the front staff was great and the rooms were clean, yet the location felt awkward because you have to navigate the mall parking lot to get in, though it is doable.

Friendly staff, decent breakfast. Good pool and slide for our grandchildren. This is a tired property. Ventilation is loud so unable to use it. Mould in the shower
