I had a comfortable stay that offered good value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the new management is doing a great job improving the place. However, the bathroom was quite small, and the room gets very hot in the morning from the sunrise, especially without air conditioning. Overall, it was still a pleasant experience.

Wir waren angenehm überrascht von den Zimmern: große, weiß bezogene Betten, das Bad tiptop, alles noch sehr neu und modern eingerichtet. In dieser Preisklasse findet man selten so blitzblanke Zimmer auf Sri Lanka. Da die Unterkunft keine Verpflegung anbietet, hat uns der Manager ein nettes Lokal in Demodara empfohlen und Getränke besorgt. Ein schöner Abschluss unserer Wanderung auf dem Pekoe Trail und eine angenehme, ruhige und preisgünstige Alternative zum überlaufenen Ella. Ein Schrank sollte noch rein ins Zimmer

Arriving on a wet scooter, I had to wait while a few young guys in the shop above tried to call someone before finally being let in. The place looks nice, but the organization is awful. I booked because it advertised a kitchen, yet there was only a sink and nothing else. A young boy stayed nearby for about two hours, which made me feel uneasy. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
