The suite was really comfortable, the spa area was lovely, and it’s right on the slopes.

I didn’t get breakfast, and when I told the hotel two weeks before arrival that I’d need to cut my stay short by one night for family reasons in the UK, I was denied a refund for that night.

The hotel sits right beside the slopes and is a stone's throw from Flaine’s restaurants and bars. The downstairs facilities—spa, sauna, pool—are solid, and the ground‑floor bar is decent. It’s a good spot for family or friend groups. The downside is that breakfast costs €24 per person and the elevators move slowly.

Ski‑in ski‑out access, comfortable and spacious bedrooms, a welcoming and helpful staff, and a great boot room.
