The location was close to the beach and the family breakfast selection was good, and the room size and beds were fine. However, the wallpaper was ripped off, the bathroom door was falling apart, and I had to kick the bottom of the door to get out. I reported it and it was supposedly fixed, but it didn’t last long. I also had to wait for plates at breakfast and had to ask twice for eggs. Additionally, I rang down a few times for toilet tissue because we ran out.

The location was great. Unfortunately, there were very few staff and they worked crazy hours, making guests feel like an inconvenience. I had a follow‑up issue, phoned and emailed, but received no response.
