“Dirty and bugs”
The location was fine, but everything else was awful: the tiny room had stained, hair‑laden, bed‑bug‑infested linens, and I woke up with bites; the pillow was so uncomfortable it should have been discarded long ago; the room was dirty and unhygienic, lacking basic hangers or shelves to store clothes; the space was very small, and there was no soundproofing in the room or the toilet, so you could hear everything; the toilet was critically small and the shower stall’s water didn’t drain; all doors were dirty; the apartment was in a building whose entrance was under renovation, so construction dust covered the outside of the apartment and the wooden staircase was unsafe and scary to climb in the evening because there was no lighting; this was my worst experience renting on Booking, and when I immediately complained to Booking about the property, they could not help me.
