We stayed at Palais De Fès and it was amazing – the riad itself is stunning and the staff made everything special. Jihane and Yusuf handled all our transportation and activities, so everything ran smoothly. Mohammad was fantastic at breakfast each morning, always welcoming us. Highly recommend!

The Palais stay was absolutely wonderful. Youssef made sure my birthday stay was exceptional by upgrading my room. The bedding was the most comfortable and clean on my entire trip.

De Riad is super smaakvol en klassiek ingericht. Het personeel is extreem vriendelijk en de locatie is erg goed aan de rand van de medina. Het ontbijt was erg zoet, maar dat is persoonlijke voorkeur natuurlijk. Het restaurant en de spa waren erg duur

The service was fantastic, Youssef was so helpful and friendly and genuinely cared about our comfort – thanks, Youssef. The riad is beautiful, a magical kind of stay, but the breakfast was mediocre; I would have liked more variety and milk alternatives.

Absolutely fantastic experience! I stayed at this hotel and everything was excellent from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, welcoming, and the level of service is outstanding. A special thank you to Youssef and Chaimae, who were amazing throughout our stay – always kind, professional, helpful, and attentive to every detail, making our experience even more enjoyable. A big compliment also to the manager, who was extremely professional, friendly, and always made sure that everything was perfect.
