The front desk was really cold. I got there around 3:15 pm to check in, but they flat‑out denied me before 4 pm. I returned at 3:45 pm and people were already checked in before 4 pm. Why have contradictory rules for different guests at the same time? I’m disappointed with the service and noticed bias toward certain customers. I didn’t want to cause a scene, but I won’t recommend staying here if you’re paying good money and are treated like that. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

It was very clean. The pool was ice cold, there was no microwave in the room, and we were in an adjoining room so we could hear people on the other side through the door.
