“The room is nice, secure and well located but check in process and communication poor.”
The room was roomy, clean and safe, and the location is great, but we struggled because there was no clear guidance on how to reach the property via the car park and how to get inside – we found doors locked when we arrived. The view from the window looked out onto a narrow lane. A light above the door, covered with cardboard, would turn on at night and we couldn’t switch it off. The hotel promised an airport transfer, but none was arranged even after we asked.
